We currently have a paid vacancy for the role of Office Administrator and Bookkeeper.
Job Title: Administrator and Bookkeeper
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus statutory bank holidays

Contract: Full Time, 3 year Fixed Term Contract (may include occasional, weekends and public holidays)
Contract to end: 30th November 2020
We are looking for a passionate Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our hardworking but friendly team. You will play a key role in providing emotional support to families, friends and partners affected by someone else’s drug or alcohol misuse; including those bereaved by addiction. Our services include a busy helpline, support groups, annual bereaved by addiction conference and young people’s bereavement project. We also work in prisons, schools and community settings.
The successful applicant will jbe IT literate in Microsoft applications and has an understanding of Quickbooks, or similar accounting systems. Other key skills include attention to detail, methodical, have accurate data inputting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work using their own initiative.
