DrugFAM are delighted to have signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant.
DrugFAM recognise the contribution that service personnel, reservists, veterans, the cadet movement and military families make to our organisation, our community and to the country. As part of the Armed Forces Covenant, we are committed to providing services that support our armed forces community promoting the fact that we are an armed force- friendly organisation to our staff, volunteers, clients and general wider public.
We will support veterans, serving personnel and their families affected by a loved one’s harmful drug, alcohol or gambling use and provide support to family members bereaved by drug, alcohol or gambling.
We are committed to communications, engagement and outreach: communicating and upskilling family and unit welfare and veteran charities of the presenting issues of those affected by a loved one’s drug, alcohol and gambling use, as well as those bereaved by drug, alcohol and gambling.
We will engage with service personnel, their families and the veteran community through delivering awareness presentations.
